If you are a new client:
Complete the Intake Form by clicking the Book First Appointment button.
Review the privacy policy and submit the form.
You will be contacted within the subsequent days to arrange your first session.
Once booked, you will receive a reminder two days before your appointment with instructions for attending online.

If you have never consulted with Dr Wise before, you should first make contact here and await a response before making any bookings.
To complete the Intake form and begin the process of booking, click the ‘book first appointment’ button to complete the Intake form and review the privacy policy. Submitting the Intake form will complete your Intake process, and you will be contacted shortly after to arrange your first appointment.

Fees & Rebates
Consultation Costs and Medicare Information
The cost of one 50-minute consultation is $260 AUD, and is subject to indexed increases commensurate with inflation. Concession rates are available upon request and subsequent discussion to determine suitability.
Reports, letters, and pro forma are completed at an hourly rate of $311+GST aud (or part thereof).
Because Dr Wise consults internationally, Medicare rebates are not usually available. However, private insurers often provide rebates - feel free to get in touch to discuss your particular circumstances.
Please Note: Appointments are currently conducted online. Reports, letters, and pro-formas do not attract insurance rebates.
Fee Policy
Attendance and session fee policy
When you make an appointment you are reserving that time exclusively for you. When appointments are cancelled at late notice, it is not practicable to fill that time slot.
As such, if you cancel or re-schedule fewer than two business days before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost (or bulk bill rate) will apply.
If you cancel or re-schedule fewer than one business day (24 hours) before the appointment, or simply do not attend the session, you will be required to pay the total appointment cost.
Insurance reimbursement can not be claimed for cancelled, re-scheduled or missed appointments. For further information, please refer to the service Terms of Use. Business days are Monday to Friday.
